Ingredients
In the base of a food processor
place the beans, peanut butter, maple syrup, oil, vinegar, vanilla, and
blend well. Scrape sides of processor as needed; 1-2 times usually works.
Add dry ingredients to the processor. Blend until creamy and smooth, stopping occasionally to scraping down the sides. Batter will be thick.
Place a piece of parchment paper in an 8 x 8 pan. Spoon batter into pan, spread evenly. Sprinkle
chocolate chips and nuts on top.
Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. They will have a fudgy consistency.
