Refund Policy

Lifestyle Medicine Wellness and Recovery, LLC does not issue refunds.

If a participant encounters extenuating life circumstances and has the need to drop out of the course, there will be an opportunity for that participant to make up missed classes in a future cohort.

Requests must be submitted in writing and make- up classes will be offered on a space- available basis. 

If you purchase the monthly membership and wish to discontinue, please notify us in writing at erin@drerinmayfield.com at least 3 business days prior to your renewal date. Once the monthly fee is charged, it cannot be refunded.
