  • 1 ½ cups non-dairy plain yogurt
  • ½ cup raw cashews (soaked and rinsed)
  • 2 tsp white miso paste
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of date sugar
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • ½ tsp of onion powder
  • ¼ cup of green onions sliced
  • ¼ cup of chopped cilantro

Preparing

In the base of a high speed blender

Add cashews, yogurt, miso paste, dijon, lime juice, acv, date sugar, garlic powder, onion powder to a high speed blender until smooth and creamy

In a large bowl.

Place coleslaw in a large bowl. Stir in vegan cashew/yogurt sauce until thoroughly mixed

Add green onions, cilantro, toss to blend and sprinkle with black pepper.
