Plant Based Cooking Class to Start of January
January is the start of a New Year and a New You! The Lifestyle Medicine Wellness and Recovery/Vibrant Chefs first Plant Based Cooking Class for the year will be held on Friday, January 13 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
We are thrilled to be hosting this class to help people get on the right track for the new start to their health journey. At this class they will learn what good food actually does to your body and how beneficial and healing plants are!
During our class, you will learn to make a 3 Bean Instant Pot Chili, a Tofu Marinated Salad Dressing, and a Surprise dish that will temp your taste buds and you won’t even think it’s health!
So join Dr. Mayfield and Chef Heather on Friday, January 13th from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm for a FUN dinner hour learning new, delicious heart healthy whole plant centered recipes and why eating plant foods are healing to your body.
