My name is Dr Erin Mayfield, and I am Lifestyle Medicine physician. You may be wondering what lifestyle medicine is all about? Lifestyle medicine is your very own personalized way to improve your health. It uses the most “natural” methods, without prescribing drugs or supplements.
Most diseases in the United States are caused by lifestyle choices- in fact, 80% of chronic diseases can be prevented, improved and even potentially reversed!! What if someone told you that you could do something that would decrease your use of medications- maybe 25%, 50% or more!!
You are in charge and have the power to change your destiny- for the better!! It is possible, It is REAL, and the methods are supported with decades of solid research.
We are not talking about overnight cures, and there are no tricks or secrets.

We offer an 8-week course that will work with you to create a healthy food plan, help you manage stress, and improve your sleep through a Zoom online meeting platform. You will have access to live cooking classes, weekly menus and recipes.
